Lovely spot for getting the look of an old, stately library. Very easy to work with and conveniently they have parking for a couple cars in the back.

4 important points to mention. 1. This is right by a train track and any video or audio recording in the space will definitely be interrupted by the loud noise of the train. 2. From 1 to 3pm it was very hot in the room even with the air conditioning on. 3. Some of the curtain rods were broken and taped up so that it is not possible to cover the windows. This caused problems with slots of string sunlight limiting the space we had to record video. 4. There is a rule that you cannot move the couch or you will be charged. I don't understand why but it limited the options and space that we had to record video. Besides these 4 issues listed it was a great place to work and record video. The curtains not being able to cover or block out the windows was by far the biggest issue that caused problems we had to spend significant time working around.

This studio is amazing for model photography with many creative areas. It is conveniently located. Hector S. was a fantastic host and gave us a tour of the studio and explained where everything was located. We look forward to renting his studio again soon.

Such a rad place. The natural light is beautiful. The host was responsive and also extremely flexible with adding time when needed. The space was extremely quiet with hardly any street/traffic noise which made recording audio a dream. 10/10 would recommend this place.

About Chicago

Rebuilt in the shadow of a devastating 19th-century fire, the modern city of Chicago is the largest in the Midwest and the third-largest city overall in the country. The city’s first official resident was a Haitian immigrant, and the city has since been a diverse community with influences from all corners of the world. Because of these influences, you’ll find a lively food scene with everything from old-world Italian – including Chicago’s signature deep-dish pizza – to artistic haute cuisine.

You’ll also find global contributions in the many art and history museums around the city, as well as ancient Native American sites. In addition, there is an abundance of recreation opportunities year-round, including beachfront activities on Lake Michigan, hiking, biking, and winter activities such as ice skating and hockey.

A Chicago reunion space makes perfect sense, whether you’re gathering family from far and wide or simply getting together for a special dinner in the city. O’Hare International Airport is a major hub both nationally and internationally, and you’ll find a wide variety of historic and modern venues to suit your needs.
