Located in the cutest pocket of Lincoln Square, this studio is the perfect spot for your next kids party, baby shower, or birthday party! Our space offers a fully renovated kitchen, perfect for hiring a chef or hosting a wine night! Modern farm tables and bentwood chairs seat 25, additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, or accommodate 50 guests with a standing room cocktail style party. It has both exposed brick walls, plain white walls and beautiful morning and mid-day light with a wall of east facing windows. The perfect spot for a photography studio shoot. Children's furniture available upon request. All furniture is movable and can be configured multiple ways for your event.
