I was guiding meditation for my friends and the space was perfect! No sounds or distractions, the lighting created great ambiance and Bridget was super sweet and nice, and even let us stay a bit longer than what we paid for. Definitely recommend!

Steph was the best, and super accommodating! She helped us with everything we needed throughout our 4 days coming to the facility for focus groups. Our only comment would be that occasionally PTs were using sections of the space, so we felt like we were disrupting them a bit at times. Overall we would certainly come back again and we really appreciated the flexibility of Steph and team. :)

About Chicago

Located along the shoreline of Lake Michigan, Chicago is the third-largest city in the nation after New York and Los Angeles. Despite its urban skyline and modern trappings, Chicago is one of the greenest urban environments with more than 600 parks and 27 beaches within the city limits. The Chicago River even goes green once a year in honor of the city’s storied St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

With its position as a connection point between the breadbasket of the Midwest and the import-rich Eastern seaboard, Chicago is one of the most gastronomically and culturally diverse cities in the country. You’ll find authentic foods, activities and treasures from a variety of different immigrant communities from Western and Eastern Europe, the Caribbean and Asia.

With its proximity to the rich farmlands of the Midwestern states, Chicago’s food scene is home to a healthy farm-to-table movement, including many options that are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly. This embrace of health and well-being makes the city a perfect place to find a fitness studio space.
