About the Space

Enjoy a special event in the historic Horse & Carriage House. The space was later built out for a Brewery Tank Room with 30' Ceiling Height. This unique venue has access through a street level VIP private vestibule entrance way. The 1,412 square foot First Floor area has Brazilian cherry wood floors with an extraordinary stairwell that hangs over the 2,084 square foot bar lounge billiard area. There is a kitchen and another private bar area attached with an additional 1,600 square feet of optional space. Week night and weekend parking is available.

    This was a fantastic space for any event. We held a corporate event/seminar, and this unique spacious venue was perfect. The venue host was fantastic to work with and accommodating. Made it a breeze, and our clients were very impressed. I would highly recommend it for any corporate event, party, or other events.

    The Vault was so much better than we imagined. I mean where did this place come from. You walk through a VIP vestibule off Fulton Street into this large room that was formerly a horse carriage staging area. Open the barn door and into the Vault you go with bar, lounge, billiard area that has this like 30' ceiling height. Kitchen area was fine to set up and an additional hidden bar area if needed is around the corner. Highly Recommended. Almost forgot the best part Free Parking for all our guests.
