**PRICING Events: $150/hr Flat Rate Meetings & Productions & Pop Ups: Base rate of $100/hr for Mon-Th before 7pm, and Friday before 3pm. Evening and weekend pricing is $150/hr. Cleaning Fee $75 Please note that larger bookings are subject to an increased cleaning fee.** This unique loft is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. With two distinct sides, the West side boasts a 2,800 sq ft floor plan that can be used to host your next creative production shoot. Where traditional meets modern; our loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. The West side showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout. The vibe feels feels warm, homey, and moody, with multiple backdrop options, including exposed brick. The West side also features a bar, and bonus "Blue Room" in the rear, which can be used as an another shooting space, equipment storage, video village, or any area you might need for your event or production Rental also includes: Large couch 2 love seats A SONOS sound system throughout A projector We would love to host you! Tables, chairs, and linens can be rented for a small fee.
