**PRICING Events: $150/hr Flat Rate Meetings & Productions & Pop Ups: Base rate of $100/hr for Mon-Th before 7pm, and Friday before 3pm. Evening and weekend pricing is $150/hr. Base Cleaning Fee $75 Please note that larger bookings are subject to an increased cleaning fee.** This unique and transformative loft is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production. Where traditional meets modern; our loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern; with a removable pink wall-canvas to allow for more flexibility for clients who want a clean, white backdrop. Additional backdrop options available; please ask for more information.
