**PRICING Events: $250/hr Flat Rate Meetings & Productions: Base rate of $175/hr for Mon-Th before 7pm, and Friday before 3pm. Evening and weekend pricing is $250/hr. Base Cleaning Fee $100 Please note that larger bookings are subject to an increased cleaning fee.** Welcome to our modern & creative loft space. This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The space features two distinct sides, and boasts a spacious 4,800 sq ft that can be used for private events or creative productions. Where traditional meets modern; Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. Each side showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan. While the East side feels light, bright, and a touch more modern, the West side feels warm, homey, and moody. The east side features a separate back room, which is perfect for makeup and hair setup. Additionally, the West side features a bar, and bonus "Blue Room" in the rear, which can be used as video village, equipment storage, additional seating, or any other special space you might need for your production shoot. Rental also includes: A large couch 2 love seats A daybed Sonos sound system throughout A projector Tables, chairs, and linens can be rented for a small fee. We would love to host you!
