About the Space
Industrial warehouse film location and event space in Brooklyn available for film productions, photo shoots, music videos, fashion shoots, commercials, and live events. This 4,300 square foot production-ready warehouse features exposed brick, steel columns, high ceilings, flexible staging areas, and cinematic industrial character. Our century-old warehouse combines raw aesthetic character with practical production functionality, featuring brick walls, concrete floors, and a large open layout suited to staging, camera movement, and set design. The usable space totals approximately 4,300 square feet and includes one large warehouse, distinctive auxiliary rooms, five bathrooms, and additional storage areas. The main warehouse (approximately 3,230 sq ft) is triangular in shape with ceiling heights ranging from 12.5 to 14 feet. It features a TV wall with customizable video and still image capability, a wooden stage, an unstocked brick bar, and a large historic freight elevator door that serves as a dramatic visual backdrop. The elevator is non-operational. A cinema projection setup is possible (screen, projector, and seating available as add-ons). Set pieces include mannequins, floor lamps, a clawfoot bathtub, a desk, couch, plants, vintage furniture, and other props. Most items can be repositioned for your shoot. A bathroom with two toilets is directly accessible from the warehouse. Our Room of Clocks is approximately 80 square feet, with roughly 50 antique clocks covering exposed brick walls, a carved red velvet throne, framed paintings, and vintage objects. The compact, theatrical room offers a striking contrast to the open warehouse. The backstage room is approximately 220 square feet with a 7-foot ceiling and is dressed as a richly textured boudoir with deep red curtains, antique mirrors, lamps, figurines, vintage furnishings, and an ornate cabinet. It can function as a ready-made shooting environment or as wardrobe, holding, and prep space. One additional bathroom is located backstage. The entry hallway is roughly 700 square feet with a tiled floor, street-level daylight, and access to three bathrooms. A rear stairwell (approximately 150 square feet) features a skylight, exposed brick, and a second building entrance. House lighting is provided by overhead fluorescents for visibility. Included with every booking are two Nanlite FC500C RGB spotlights, two additional LED spotlights, and four Nanlite PavoTube II 30XR tube lights, all adjustable for color and intensity. The space has numerous outlets and circuits throughout, a new 10-ton central HVAC system for year-round heating and cooling, and high-speed WiFi. Located two blocks from the Halsey J train station near Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and Ocean Hill. The venue accommodates events up to 120 guests. Audio levels are managed through a venue sound policy, with stronger sound generally permitted before 10:30pm within agreed limits. Medium and large events may require event insurance, a liability agreement, and venue-arranged security. For multi-day productions, equipment and set hold options are available. Additional fees may apply when setups block other booking windows. Short-term storage may be available depending on schedule. The space is on the second floor and accessed by stairs only. There is currently no wheelchair access. Hours are flexible and may be available 24/7 depending on staff and booking schedule.

Absolutely amazing venue! The amount of compliments and positive comments made as people were so impressed by the coolness. So many natural photo ops and the space felt so spacious even with a 150pp attendance. Shout out to the host Andrew whose care and responsiveness was so helpful. You can tell the care he puts into his space. Even at the tail end of a heatwave the space was nice and cool enough to hold many. Will love to book this space again!

We had such a fantastic time shooting at this space. The host, Andrew, was great to work with and super helpful. Always responsive and always very kind. The space itself looks incredible both in person and in camera. It has a specific look that you can't really find anywhere else. For film production, music video shoots, and photoshoots, I can't think of a better place than this. Can't recommend the space and commend the host enough. It was an amazing experience.
