I was quite apprehensive about renting a venue, sight unseen, from a different state (USA). Krista allayed my fears during our first conversation. She was really responsive and provided a clean and beautiful space. I hit the rental jackpot with Krista! THANK YOU KRISTA!

Aside from the awesome space, the management was extremely helpful and supportive of our shoot. Would book this again.

The host Peter is great with communication. The space is beautiful, exactly what I was looking for and the security guard was nice and helpful throughout my event, the only reason I give this venue 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I arrived there was a strong smell of smoke and some of the beautiful white furniture had burn marks that I had to cover up for my dinner party.

Great place to film. Easy access and parking garage was literally right next door. Would highly recommend and film here again!

How to Plan a High School Reunion in New York

Once you've found a gorgeous reunion venue from Giggster's 2631 inspiring listings, you can start organizing a memorable high school reunion in NY. Here are some tips.

Search for Previous Classmates Online – You should look for your previous classmates before you start planning your reunion, such as on social media platforms like Facebook, so that you can suss out who would be interested in attending your event. Once you've got your group, set up a reunion website so you can keep all your classmates updated throughout the planning process.

Choose a Distinctive Venue – Instead of the same-old hall venue vibe, be creative about the type of location you choose. This will influence every aspect of your party, from the menu to the decorations. You might want to read venue listing reviews to ensure it's going to be epic. The bonus of choosing a memorable venue is that it's a guaranteed conversation starter.

Find a Venue with Amenities – Whether you want a bar and on-site catering services or a decorated venue, it's worth checking what the location has to offer. When the venue provides many amenities you need, it'll make it easier for you to plan an amazing party with less stress.

Have Fun with Unique Entertainment – Think about the type of activities or performances that will ensure your guests have a fun time. You could organize a themed dinner, trivia games, or a dress-up party. Or, set up a station in the venue where people can take a walk down memory lane by looking at photos from the past. Keep your attendees engaged, and you'll create an unforgettable time.

How to Save Money on Your High School Reunion in New York

You can expect high school reunions to cost anything from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. To keep your expenses low, here are a few tips.

Set up a realistic budget.

It always helps to start with a realistic, detailed budget for what you need. Allocate most of your money to the most important party elements, like the venue, food and drinks, and entertainment. Then, you can move on to other elements, like decor. Focus on what's most important to you so you don't spend money on the non-essentials.

Organize a relaxed menu.

Instead of having a fully catered event, consider something a bit more casual and fun, like a picnic, BBQ, or potluck. It's sure to be a hit, especially if it's a family-friendly event. Add a few child-friendly food extras to the menu if kids are invited.

Ask classmates to chip in.

You don't have to carry all the party-planning expenses on your shoulders. See if any of your classmates will pitch in to help you fund the event. To make it more appealing for them to donate money, put their names into a draw for a fun (budget-friendly) prize that can be awarded at the event.
