We had a successful shoot at this location. It was a little tight, but we made it work! The windows let in a lovely amount of natural light and I appreciated the outdoor area which helped for setups and a place to have lunch/crafty. It could have a been a touch cleaner upon arrival, however the owner had a personal issue to deal with, so I'll keep that into consideration. Overall, he was was very communicative and I was able to reach him as needed!

  • Pick a date and location that works for everyone: One of the most critical aspects of planning a reunion is picking a date and location that works for everyone. Keep in mind that many of your classmates will have families and careers that they need to juggle. Try to pick a date that falls on a long weekend or major holiday so that people can easily take time off work. Think about what would be most enjoyable for your classmates and make sure to book reservations well in advance

  • Create a Facebook group or website: Once you've settled on a date and location, create a Facebook group or reunion website so that everyone can stay up-to-date on the latest news. This is also a great place to collect RSVPs and contact information. Be sure to include photos from past reunions as well as directions to the event venue.

  • Send out invitations: Start spreading the word about your reunion by sending out invitations via email or social media. If you're feeling extra nostalgic, you can even mail out physical invitations! Just make sure you include all the important details like the date, time, and address of the event.

  • Plan some fun activities: No reunion is complete without some fun activities! Whether it's playing games, taking tours, or simply catching up over drinks, plan something that will help everyone relax and have a good time. Houston has plenty to offer in terms of entertainment, so there's no shortage of options when it comes to choosing activities for your reunion.

  • Don't forget about food: Of course, no reunion would be complete without food! If you're having trouble deciding what to serve, consider ordering catering from one of Houston's many delicious restaurants. You can also ask each guest to bring their favorite dish to share potluck-style. Just accommodate dietary restrictions ahead of time so that everyone can enjoy the spread!
