Whether your needs center on a small to medium sized private wedding, an elegant quinceañera or another exciting fiesta, The venue is dedicated to providing our clients with an ideal venue. The venue’s original barrel trussed ceilings and exposed brick walls speak to the area’s rich architectural history. Onsite parking is available. The renovations included construction to meet ADA accessibility standards and adding new electrical systems such as 3 phase power and 15 ton industrial-grade A/C unit. While keeping the historic integrity of the building intact, the venue emerged with an industrial chic, urban glam atmosphere. ***Additional fees: $350 cleaning fee Events with alcohol require 2 security guards at 45/hr each
