Tips on How to Organize High School Reunions in San Antonio

Having a high-school reunion is an excellent opportunity to catch up with old friends and re-establish connections, so you want it to be perfect. If you're looking to organize a high school reunion in San Antonio, there are a few things you should keep in mind:

  • Book a venue early: Venues for high school reunions can book up quickly, particularly during peak months like June-August. Make sure to plan and reserve a space early with enough capacity to accommodate all of your guests. Consider the logistics of parking and accessibility options as well.

  • Utilize online resources: Inviting a large number of former classmates to an event can be tricky, but there are several tools to make it much more manageable. Use websites such as Classmates or Reunite. They help you locate former classmates quickly and easily and have features such as discussion forums, polls, and photo albums.

  • Provide food options: Food is often the highlight of any reunion! Be sure to offer food options for all guests, including vegan/vegetarian dishes and food items for those with dietary restrictions.

  • Decorate appropriately: Decorations often set the tone for an event. Streamers and balloons are always good ideas; you could even hang photos from when everyone was in high school! Use decorations that reflect your shared memories while ensuring they fit into your chosen theme (if applicable).
