Not intended for events that are open to the public, but rather small, intimate gatherings with an RSVP/guest list
Reserving guest must be 25 years or older and must be present for the entirety of the reservation
Open flames and candles not allowed
Use of beds not allowed without prior approval. If beds are used or tampered with, there will be an additional $100 fee.
Noise sensors are present inside and are not to be tampered with/removed. Sensors monitor noise levels but do not record
No kegs, glitter, hair dye, or excessive trash allowed
Security cameras at the front and back of the loft continuously recording, not to be tampered with or covered
Guests are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. However, Guests and Visitors waive liability of Host, the Facility and it's Owners and Managers for any acts of negligence, gross negligence and/or intentional or unintentional criminal acts that may or may not occur as a result of the consumption of alcohol.
The lessor of the loft, the owner of the loft, and the owner of the building, and/or their insurance companies are not responsible for any accidental, negligent or intentional theft or damage to the renters/lessees, guests/invitees/visitors and/or squatters’ personal items or belongings. Furthermore, the lessor, owner and insurance are absolved of any damages, liability, negligence, gross negligence or intent for any incidental, accidental or intentional, or criminal acts that result in bodily harm or injury that may occur inside the loft or from outside sources to the renters/lessees and or any of the guests/invitees/visitors and/or squatters of the rented unit.
The Reserving Guest may be responsible for a refundable security deposit. In the event of accidental damage, intentional damage, damages due to negligence, damages due to broken house rules or additional cleaning fees, the Host will provide an invoice for damages and guest will be responsible for payment of damages and coordination of services for said damages.
Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed
