Old 1920's hotel Designed by John Parkinson in the popular Beaux Arts style. The lobby has high ceilings decorated ornately with faded out murals. Signs of its age are everywhere including a turn of the century used basketball court and an empty pool. A large ballroom has an exposed beam ceiling and a dark wood floor.
Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is only an estimate based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day. This does not include use of the entire property. Overall cost will depend on how many areas you need use of, and what the impact is.

We have a spacious loft located in the historic American Cement building on Wilshire Boulevard near downtown. It is the perfect venue for photographers looking to shoot in a unique and professional setting. The studio boasts an open floor-plan, high ceilings and dramatic concrete x-bracing. We include coordinating photo shoots and events in our services. Let us know what you need, and we'll provide it for you. That's not all! The space is also available for events and art exhibitions.

Private Event Zone III is a part of Award-Winning Rooftop located in Downtown Los Angeles. The Zone is spread within 6495 sq. ft. and has panoramic views of Downtown LA, LA Live, Hollywood and on a clear day - all the way to the ocean.
Our Private event space is rectangle shaped event space, with regular and booth seating availability and is perfect place for lifetime events, corporate events and productions. Minimum number of guests required for events is 50, however no such minimum requirement is applicable for Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
The private event staff and managers help to execute each client’s big day as seamlessly as possible. Amenities such as tables, chairs, onsite games, and more are also provided on request.
