Wonderful space for filming. We shot a restaurant scene, a university office scene, a bar scene, a pool game scene, and more here. The hosts Maria and Peter are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of sets here. The pictures don't quite convey what this space offers. I would recommend visiting the location. It has a lot of corners that could play as all sorts of different things. The outside street appears bad at first because there are a lot of homeless people, but the area is perfectly safe and no one on the crew had any problems with cars and gear. Would recommend to anyone.
