Experience was very easy, site rep was helpful and accommodating for us. The only thing I would say is that many of the spaces were not as they looked in the photos in terms of furniture or decoration. It was a bit dusty as well. Nothing that had a major effect on what we did, but for all of the rules put on the renters for protecting floors, etc. it's also nice to have the space ready so we don't have to touch or do much! It's got amazing character and gave us great texture for photography.

The folks at this school campus location are very nice, communicative, and production-friendly. They were always available to answer our questions, help find solutions to issues, and they were very accommodating and understanding. The location is in top notch condition and has great views! Hardest part of filming here is the load in/load out through freight elevator (just give yourself extra time) but that's to be expected when shooting 10 floors up. We had some issues getting posted parking approved by Film LA due to nearby construction (in the heart of Town), but the building manager (who you should contact to ensure they are ok with you filming in their building, they are also very nice) helped us to use the loading dock to load in/load out and we parked our trucks in nearby open parking lots. There's a parking garage behind the building with plenty of spaces for crew parking. Overall great experience filming here and would recommend.
