LOCATION Centrally located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood near the Fairfax District just off Melrose but isolated from the noise. POOL HOUSE The pool house is a 350 sq ft with a 13.5ft vaulted ceiling. It includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, a sectional sofa, and a basketball arcade game. For productions it's a great space to shoot in or to house gear, hair & makeup, wardrobe, video village, production HQ, or talent holding. 2 BACKYARD BATHROOMS / CHANGING ROOM There are 2 bathrooms in the backyard. One bathroom can be designated for talent only -- it is a spacious bathroom that includes a full size mirror and wall hooks and sitting stools for wardrobe changes. The other bathroom can be assigned for crew to use. BAR AREA Includes 3 ice coolers and lots of counter space. CHARCOAL BBQ & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the bbq on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area devoted to preparing and serving food. Use of the BBQ is a $15 ADD-ON. FIRE PIT Create a cozy ambiance for your shoot. Use of the fire pit is a $50 ADD-ON. SOUND SYSTEM All music is played through the on-site sound system. No other speakers allowed. SALT WATER POOL & HOT TUB At 32’ long and 14' wide and 5' deep, the pool is a beautiful addition to your shoot. It features a 7'x7' baja shelf a depth and the attached hot tub provides bench seating for up to 10-12 people comfortably inside with more seated along the outer perimeter. *** Heating the pool is $200 ADD-ON. Hot tub is $75 ADD-ON. $250 ADD-ON for both. SEATING There are multiple areas for your guests to sit and relax. Additional folding chairs and 6ft tables are available as an ADD-ON ($2.50/chair, $6/table). COLORED LED LIGHTING The entire backyard is lit with colored LED lights that you can request to be a specific color. Swimming pool has 5 color options. MAIN HOME INTERIOR Inside the home, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, guest room, and bathroom included in your rental. The indoor bathroom is for filming only. WIFI High Speed Wifi is available throughout the property. PARKING The square driveway out front can accommodate 4 vehicles or 2 cube trucks. Lots of free parking in the surrounding blocks. (Mondays / Tuesdays have 2hr windows of restrictions from 10am-12pm) Extra Parking: There is a Ralphs Grocery Store about 0.5 Miles away people can park at and carpool or rideshare over to the house. For smaller productions however, we highly recommend reducing the amount of cars to an amount that can fit in the driveway. The home is located within the Film LA Permit area. Our location is a second-story walkup studio complex in the heart of West Hollywood. The complex occupies the entire second story with four versatile rooms that can be used for any event such as acting rehearsals, workshops & seminars, yoga classes, casting, self-taping, photo & video shoots, and even parties. Studio D is ideal for: Workshops & Seminars, Classes, Table Reads, Performances, Photo/Video Shoots, and Meetings. Studio D has gorgeous wooden beams framing the stage area with plenty of natural light from windows. With Grey wood floors and nice cool blue walls it creates the perfect balance of warmth and neutrality. It is equipped with 45 folding chairs, risers, and lighting/sound equipment. We also have a couch, rehearsal cubes and folding tables available. Down the hall there are 3 restrooms and a kitchenette with a fridge, and microwave. We do have other studios available for an additional cost if you need extra rooms to hold cast/crew. There is ample metered and residential parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
