This is an amazing location and perfect to have a exterior natural environment. Gail and Rudy are really responsive and helpful and the price is very reasonable as well. Phone reception gets lost out there but there is Wi-Fi offered. Will definitely use again for other projects!

Location was great. Owners were super helpful and flexible. Only note is that there really is no cellular service up there. None.

Great location! Beautiful exterior and very quiet.

Great location! Gail is an excellent host. She had a Gator on site which she let us use and it was crucial to staying on schedule and navigating the terrain. Only thing I will say (this is not her fault at all) is beware of the neighbor. He does not like productions using the shared road that runs through the property and harassed us multiple times.

About California

At the heart of California’s Antelope Valley, California City is found only 100 miles from the metropolitan center of Los Angeles. A small city with only 14,120 residents to its credit, California City boasts a total land space of 204 square miles, making it the third-largest city by property size in the state of California. Among the attractions found in California City are a public recreational area, a small municipal airport, and a PGA-rated golf course.

The city’s developers hoped that California City would become on par with Las Vegas as the entertainment capital along the west coast of the United States.
