Additional rooms can be added on and utilized as flex spaces, for makeup/wardrobe, breakout groups, catering and refreshments and more.
Outside catering and bartending is welcome in our space. All events must submit the license or certificate for their bartender at least 7 days prior to the event.

Event Insurance Requirement:
A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit amount of no less than $1,000,000 is required with each rental. We'd recommend using TheEventHelper.com to secure your insurance. Please list the following as an additional insured party on the COI. Please ensure that host liquor liability coverage is included if you will have alcohol on site.

San Diego Conference Room offers 300 square feet professional meeting space, accommodating up to eight people. This room is equipped with a TV, Presentation Board, Internet, Speakerphone and Beverage Services.

This venue is a 1,300 sq./ft. office space strategically located in Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Flushing Avenue, between the Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Williamsburg bridges.
Fully stocked, the space welcomes in an outpour of natural light coming in from 14 windows, and has an open layout which, paired with rolling tables and chairs, means the space can be easily emptied out or changed to adapt to your offsite, production or event needs.
The easy access, combined with free on-site parking, a freight elevator —and our full Super Concierge service to arrange anything else you might need—, makes the space perfect for small offsite meetings, workshops, presentations, small events as well as all types of production shoots such as product and interview shoots. COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, meetings, and events. For individuals, we can refer trustworthy COI suppliers. Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total number of attendees, start and end time of your reservation, vehicles involved (production), the amount of EQ to load in/out, etc.

The office includes 5 executive offices, a conference room, an open warehouse with a skylight, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a break room, and an open office area. The office is located near the 1-10 and 10 min walk from the Expo/Crenshaw Metro Station.

We are a fully functional corporate space and the office is in regular use Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Work day filming is an option! Just requires collaboration. After receiving your message or booking inquiry, we'll discuss details and needs - like weekday vs weekend, the type of production/event, the portion of the building required, crew/guest size, time frame, etc. and ultimately create a custom rate that makes sense for your project. So rates deviate from the above base rates.
