And total number of people who can comfortably be in place can be around 40. Space has powerful AC, which can control environment. Lots of natural sunlight can be blocked to achieve intimate atmosphere. Disco ball, Buddha statue with aroma sticks, deco lights provide unique and charming atmosphere for your stay. You will have access to small fridge and microwave as well as a kettle and a coffeemaker. Complementary snacks and soft drinks provided on site. Space is highly convertible, it is 1500+ sqft what is perfect for private events, small parties, meetups, presentations and photo shoots. It can be adjusted onto 2 smaller zones for your convenience. Ceilings are 13ft tall and feels very spacious. We can provide five tables (4ft and 6ft). PHOTO/VIDEO SETUP 2 Professional studio lights (Honey Badger 320ws). Two 80” tall soft lights. White, Black, Green 107” wide backdrops. Makeup stand with huge vanity mirror. Full standing size mirror. Dressing zone. Wardrobe and accessories stand. You’re getting all equipment to use at no extra charge. Extension cords, hdmi cables, chargers, table games and misc accessories. Bathroom, sink and waiting zone are on the floor. You’ll be getting two gated parking spots. Lots of free street parking next to the building. There is freight elevator if you need to load/unload equipment. Upon request we can provide access to the roof, with stunning DTLA view. It’s located 2 minutes off 110 freeway. Walking access to restaurants and stores. It’s great for off site events, brain storming sessions, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events, book signings, castings, rehearsals, photo and video production, conferences, small private parties, masterclasses, private screening and movie presentations. The space can easily represent retail, fine art gallery, creative work space, photo studio, office and private movie theater.

The big room features a small stage in the front and has white brick walls on one side and concrete wall on the other with white floors. We have hosted art exhibitions, intimate concerts/listening sessions, yoga and meditation classes, sound baths and makeup workshops as well as many video and photo shoots. It's very versatile!
