Great for the price, but not perfect. Had to clean and organize some things and throw away some leftover trash, and wipe down the tables which were filthy. The space could also majorly use a vacuum. Bunch of stuff piled up by the door, looked like a storage room. The studio area was great but the window will cast shadows and shine direct sunlight onto the floor of the studio in the day. Also the parking garage down the way will charge you $30 for the day. Got the photos I needed but had to prep the space for about an hour before it was semi-presentable to guests
