Significant onsite parking and many catering options as well as a southern beach exposure with sun all day long, including sunrises and sunsets. Located in the most prestigious and valuable beach and bluff area of Malibu. Living room of the Middle Cottage available for hair, wardrobe and makeup as well as two of the beach cabanas. Shooting may take place in these structures as well. A spectacular bluff top large family room available for an incremental fee, possessing world class ocean and bluff views.
