Developed as a Hamptons/Cape Cod private beach and bluff resort, with the deepest dry sandy beach in Malibu. Four beach cabanas on the sand, multiple structures on the bluff, a private tram for four people and equipment up and down between the bluff and beach, tennis court, pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. Significant onsite parking and many catering options as well as a southern beach exposure with sun all day long, including sunrises and sunsets. Located in the most prestigious and valuable beach and bluff area of Malibu. Living room of the Middle Cottage available for hair, wardrobe and makeup as well as two of the beach cabanas. Shooting may take place in these structures as well. A spectacular bluff top large family room available for an incremental fee, possessing world class ocean and bluff views. Gorgeous property, stunning views, access to blue skies + the ocean. Has everything you'd want for a day in Malibu. Site rep is super helpful and communicative. Booking procedures are very clear and well outlined. Only caveat is that you'll need to book a parking lot off site but that's typical in this area either way!

Beautiful location that combine the best of the west coast with some east coast charm. Great space, very accommodating for productions. Everything from communications on the scout to working with the site rep on the shoot were easy breezy. Plus you definitely get your steps in here! Would book again!
