About the Space
Cinematically-ideal Canyon Market convenience store in a middle-upper class residential neighborhood, across the street from Verdugo high school and a church. A block away from a city swimming pool. Ideal access on Hillrose in Tujunga, halfway between Burbank and Glendale. 12 minutes from the Burbank airport, but nestled in mountain splendor. Near the heart of the 30-mile Hollywood studio zone. Nice view of the mountains. Many beautiful parks nearby where you can photograph your stars playing basketball, football,soccer, skateboarding, kissing underneath 400 year old oaks, playing on playgrounds, etc. Ample parking for small to medium-size shoots. Overflow parking available at the nearby high school. Big paved back lot (1/2 acre) with plenty of room for your Director's trailer and star's trailer for your talent and makeup needs, with connections for overnight stays.
