3100 square foot designer home with mid-century modern, bohemian, and Swedish, Scandinavian, décor with great natural light. The home completely updated and impeccably furnished. With two spacious living rooms with a dual fire place, dining room, a standalone bar and an open chef’s kitchen all within an open floor plan.
Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding door opening to the backyard. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light. The third bedroom is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe, and storing equipment, and includes a rolling rack, seamless and a commercial steamer. It can also be converted any room as it is empty. There is also a fully staged office complete with a pink sofa
The master bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks and glass walk in shower. The two guest bathrooms both have showers. The powder room has the original marble countertops
10,000 square-foot lot is landscaped with an enormous pine tree in the front
The garage is a "PROP CLOSET" additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture at no additional cost. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.
All the artwork has been made by the me, so ALL OF THE ARTWORK IS CLEARED.

Raise your production value by shooting on our high end sets! We offer a hospital room, nurses station, jail, executive office, classroom, living room and interrogation room!
You will have access to all standing sets with in your rental time. Between our standing film sets and keen knowledge of "cheating" camera angles, we can help you come up with a vast array of versatile locations allowing you to possibly film your project in one location.
4 hours minimum OVERTIME WILL BE AN HOUR CHARGE FOR EVERY 30 MINUTES.
PARKING: You will have 3 parking spaces marked "A" in front of studio. There is plenty of street parking on
El Dorado St. adjacent to the parking lot. Any vehicles parked in other businesses spaces will be towed, we
are not responsible for any vehicles towed.
Although we have made efforts to reduce the outside noise level, our studio is not 100% soundproofed. Our clients have been very satisfied with the sound quality of the studio.

EVENTS / WORKSHOP RATES:

-All furniture and props are included in the space rental complimentary out of courtesy, but everything must be put back where originally found - otherwise furniture rearrangement labor charges starting at $50 will apply
Booking minimum of 1 hour for productions and 3 hours for events. If personnel required, minimum shift of 4 hours. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Mon-Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 10am-10pm. For productions only, non-business hours may be available at 2x rate + security at $52.50/hr (weekdays 7am-8am and everyday 10pm-12am). Weekdays before 7am and everyday after 12am will only be approved as exceptions and are billed at much higher rate. Please inquire if these hours are needed. Freight elevator hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, and Sat 8am-12pm. All other hours must be arranged ahead of time for additional $75/hr for continuous hours, subject to availability. Last minute requests will not be approved.
Productions: cleaning fee starting at $50, assessed per production. Events: Mandatory cleaning $200 for events. Please inquire for full rules.
Any dispatched personnel to enforce compliance is billed to the production (Security personnel: $52.50/hr, Manager personnel: $67.50/hr, with 2-hr minimum shift).
- smoking and illegal drug use. Violations fined starting at $1,000, and additional cleaning fee starting at $500
- fog machines/hazer machines, etc anything that could trigger the Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler System. Violations fined starting at $1,000
- glitter, confetti, anything that is difficult and time consuming to clean. Additional cleaning fee starting $300
- dogs, pets, animals, etc with the exception of service animals with valid permits. Additional cleaning fee may apply starting $300
- overstaying beyond a specific time we specifically state overtime is not available beyond a certain time. Overtime is usually available, so please reach out and let us know.
DTLA FASHION DISTRICT ultra bright production studio!
1700 sq ft studio with an overabundance of sunshine and spectacular DTLA skyline views. Very cool breeze with the windows open, flying curtain effect. The pictured furniture is included and available for use. Two passenger elevators, two restrooms, one freight elevator, very clean building. Bountiful parking nearby ranges from $5-15 per cash. Please no live music or bands.

Mid-Century // 70's Southern California Pool Home
The Valley Capri is a private residence that features the quintessential vintage California aesthetic and Palm Springs pool vibes.
**Rate listed is for low-impact Still Photography projects with a crew less than 10. We offer test rates, low-impact handheld video, and standard film rates. Please inquire about your project for correct rates.
Built in 1953, The Valley Capri has been restored from the ground up, bringing it back to it's glory days in the 70's of North Hollywood.
Within the 1,700 sq ft single-story floor plan, you can find an array of backgrounds that suit your retro theme or time piece project. Everything in this property is authentic and true to the decade -- making it a unique location with access to a plethora of 50's - 80's references that would be near impossible to rent or recreate for a single shoot.
The backyard teleports you to a poolside getaway featuring cactus-lined white washed walls, striking 8x20 ft. breeze block wall, mid century lounge chairs and patio sets. Covered patio surrounded with hanging plants and bohemian shell hangers . Furthest corner of the yard features a wood burning malm with 70's spectrum patio dining furniture and a smaller breeze block section. Back and front yards are lit most of the day due to south facing position of the home.
There is one open room used for HMU, wardrobe, and rest area. Provided in that space is seating, folding tables, and a rolling rack.
Due to the delicate and irreplaceable contents of our home, we do not offer any other spaces indoors to set up HMU, wardrobe, or hold non-working bodies and equipment.
The entire property works as a hot set and is best suited for low-impact, still photo shoots with minimal equipment and crew.
For larger productions and video rates, please inquire within regarding rate and accommodation requirements for larger crews.
We have a 1987 White El Camino, 1965 Gold Dodge Dart, and 1978 Dodge American Clipper RV on the property that are available for rental. Please inquire within as these are not included in the hourly rate and will not be available for shooting without rental.

Our bright mid-century modern style home located on the border of Culver City right off the 10 freeway.
Inside you'll find 1350 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a modern, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century modern and Scandinavian accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright all-white and marble kitchen with an island, a dining room table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with exposed beams and Carrera marble fireplace.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with access to backyard with firepit and a full bathroom with clean lines. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed with gorgeous natural light opening up to the backyard with sitting area. The guest bathroom includes a his and her dual sink along with waterfall shower head.
The back of the home has bi-fold doors that open up to a guest house which is outfitted with a newly landscaped grassy area with native California plants and decomposed granite. The fully furnished guest house with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed, full bathroom with rainfall shower, kitchenette and outdoor seating area are all in the neutral gray family. It is perfect for talent holding, storing equipment, wardrobe, hair/makeup or can be used for shooting as well.
Our laundry room is also available to shoot.
The entire home has neutral wood plank floors.
We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking.
