About the Space
This is a 43 acre property right on the edge of Los angeles, and space rental will be different depending on how much/ which parts of the property will be used. There are extensive rustic spaces as well as three rental units for indoor activities, a beautiful pool, horses, goats, old cars, and much more. Great for horror movies, 70's shots, nature shots, product or model photography or many other kinds of things. A 35 minute drive from downtown LA (with minimum traffic), we are just on the edge of Altadena. The space is extremely versatile and can offer many different things, please schedule a scout to come get the full feeling!
