About the Space
Chatsworth mini ranch, former stagecoach way station, near Stony Point, Santa Susana mountains view. Has 1800 sq. ft home built in1913, 600 sq. ft guest house for exterior, 1 1/2 acres, miniature donkey, miniature horse, chickens, large deck, and 55 seat auditorium, Theatre, stage, vintage 1978 motor home. Various films/shows done here previously.
