Gracious Inspired French chateau design . Warm majestic open floor plan over 10,000 square feet of living space . It’s located in one of the prominent zip codes in Bergen county New Jersey . Feature include large entry with high ceiling and double stair cases open to a very large ballroom with high ceiling and detailed millwork and impressive . Generous verandas and balcony’s . Gorgeous Water falls black bottom swimming pool and fountains and much more. The chef's kitchen is spectacular and ideal for filming a cooking show. Michelle was such an incredible host for our Photoshoot recently!! She ensured that we had everything that we needed for the day, and went above and beyond with her hospitality. Her property is absolutely stunning and photos do not do it justice! Le Palais and Michelle need a rating higher than 5 stars!!!

The Estate was beautiful, clean and easy to work in. Michelle was wonderful before, during and after the photoshoot, helping with catering, scheduling, timing set up and clean up. I highly recommend this location for photoshoots!
