About the Space
Large 4.5 acre ranch property complete with its own enchanted oak grove, massive trees, seasonal creeks, dry gulch, river gully, hay barn, horse barn, farm equipment including tractor and grain silo, single story main ranch house and 1 bedroom guest house. Only 30 minutes north of Burbank and Hollywood and within the 30 mile film zone. Flat property offers plenty of parking and ideal base camp location. Pricing reflected is the starting base price for use of main house and all exteriors of the property. There is an additional flat fee of $350 per day to rent the guest house. Please inquire about pricing to rent exterior, main house or guest house individually.
