My sister had micro-wedding party at the house and everything was wonderful. We loved the view and Cindy is a great host. She was super understandable and welcomed us into her home. I highly recommend this place for small family gatherings or photo shoots or if you are looking for a small wedding party with your loved ones.

Fantastic space! Great natural lighting. Cindy has set up this space beautifully so you have multiple areas you can use for your shoot. Multiple rooms, decor, set ups, etc. Plus, communication was great from the very beginning.

Cindy was a really gracious host. The home is beautiful, the views are spectacular and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had as a producer in 30 years. Highly recommend this property. The parking is the only issue due to 5he narrow streets, but it wasn't a really big issue if you plan for it.

Christina was an absolutely fantastic host. We filmed a commercial at this house. Christina provided us with additional pictures of rooms we wanted to film before we booked. We made a last minute reservation and she was accommodating. This was a beautiful house and our clients loved the location. She was absolutely accommodating to us. I held a pop up shop event last Saturday and I could not have asked for a better venue! It was so clean and nice! Jessica helped me so much and was so nice. When I arrived i noticed they made signs from the front door all the way to Stage 3 where the event was being held to help the guest find their way! The vendors loved the space as well! The unloading process was so easy due to Ambient having carts that you can place your belongings on. I was so appreciate! Definitely will be booking again in the future.

The modern daylight studio was perfect for my photoshoot! The studio looks just as pictured & I appreciated the multiple backdrop options to shoot in front of. The stylish sofa was my favorite. Blanca was professional and kind from booking to post-shoot, responsive and truly made the entire experience a breeze! She’s also super accommodating if you need a little flexibility with your booking time. I would definitely recommend this space if you’re in the Miami/Coral Gables area.

phenomenal space, it had everything we would have needed and wanted in a space and we were incredibly lucky to have found Simon’s listing so last minute to host a big event as he was also extremely helpful and responsive in answering my questions promptly. he was on the premises to assist us with any issues that may have come up, and in general was a delight to meet and speak with! the extra lights, sound, and projector equipment he offers on hand also really helped our event come together and for the price we would definitely rebook again and recommend to all creatives, thank you again Simon!
