About the Space
This is a Five-in-One Studio Space -- for Photo and Video/Film Production. My 1-Ton Lighting and Grip pack, 2 -24" HD LED color monitors, and AKG shotgun Mic with boom kit are included with all sets. Large soft box kits, strobes and stands, are extra gear that you'll need to supply. 1. Goth Halloween Set. with Antique Parlor Chair, Violet Crushed-Velvet Drapes, Gothic Bed, 2 Black Pillows, 3 Candelabras, Candles, my Goth Clothing Collection and Props. (3-hr. minimum) 2. Vintage '50s Pin-Up Set. with White Cream Color Victorian Sofa, Red Velvet Drapes, Pink Pillows, Elvis '50s mic and 2 - Vanity Chairs. (3-hr. minimum) 3. French Boudoir Lingerie Set. with Pink Velvet Victorian Chair, 2 Vanity Chairs. Black Encore Drapes, "Touch of Evil" Giant Movie Poster, Art Deco waterfall furniture and props. (3-hr. minimum) 4. '40s Old Hollywood Glitz & Glamour Set. with my '40s Noir Clothing Collection, greenish gold Film Noir couch, Black Encore drapes, Vintage '40s wooden desk with '20s wooden office chair, '40s Floor Lamp, Props and Giant "Maltese Falcon/Bogart" Movie Poster. (3-hr. minimum) 5. Pre-Lit Green Screen Set. 18' across x 13' high with 2 1/2' tall painted wooden cyc and large painted floor area -10 people max. A (6 hr. minimum) is required for all green screen bookings. You get all these sets, all furniture, all props, and both Clothing Collections. With your cast, crew and camera/s. The Wigs are $30.00 a day extra (each). Vintage AR-57 pill mic is $40.00 a day extra The studio is very unique. And features a 1940's "Old Hollywood" film noir vibe. With vintage furniture, giant movie posters, Vintage wooden desks and chairs, Private Detective trench coats, Fedora hats, Boudoir/Pin-up wigs, an old super 8mm film camera, a 1940's Western Electric Co. telephone, a pink velvet Victorian chair, Old vintage mics, and other cool props and items that other studios just don't have. The property was built in the mid '40s. It's Historic. It's been here for 85 years. And the majestic scenic views of the surrounding mountains are breath-taking! Christopher Nolan, the "Batman" Director, shot scenes for "Memento" with actor Guy Pierce in this building when he first started out. I've had many famous film, TV, and music stars work on their projects here over the last 15 years. It's been a lot of fun. You could make a new Cable Series about all the personalities and projects.
