HD projector and 120” screen: $50+ tax RULES: -Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500. -Alcohol consumption must be moderate -NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food) -NO sparks or flammable objects. -NO glitter or confetti -NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces -NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways -Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date Damage deposit is to be paid either in Cash or e-transfer 24 hours prior to booking date, and it is refunded in full at check-out if no damage occurs Rates: >1 - 5 people Production - $75 Events- $110 Office meeting - $75 >6 - 15 people Production - $75 Events- $110 Office meeting - $75 >16-30 people Production - $95 Events- $130 Office meeting - $95 PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but these are some options: 1) grade-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street 2) across the street at the Atrium on Bay (underground) the entrance is on Edward Street. 3) across the street at the Canadian Tire (underground) ACCESSIBILITY/ ELEVATOR Although we do our best to accommodate all clients, we are not situated in a fully accessible building. We are located on the 4th floor of an old building that only has manually operated elevator access. Elevator service is available, free of charge, during normal building business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The elevator operator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($17/hr minimum 3 consecutive hours) The elevator operator is a distinct service apart from the offerings of Canarts Media and cannot be guaranteed.

    It was a great place to shoot for our website and social media. There is white wall, a kitchen area, a table with a wall with plants in the background and a living room area that you can use as backdrops. There is also a dressing room area with mirrors to change.

    We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday in this space. Both Darwin and Efrain were great at communicating and accommodating some last-minute requests. Our guests were amazed at the space and really enjoyed themselves there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private place for a party.

    Really beautiful space! My team and I were able to produce some really great photos and content in this space. Efrain was a extremely attentive and assisted when needed. If you're booking this space on the weekend, do yourself a favor and book the elevator (especially if you have a lot of equipment, stuff... - at least going up) you can thank me later.

    This space was absolutely perfect for our small event. It is just as beautiful in person as the pictures. It was clean, had all the essentials, and was so beautiful for photos. Communication was amazing any questions I had were answered in minutes. Highly recommend using this studio for your next event.
