We are on the 4th floor of an old building that only has manually operated elevator. Elevator service is available, free of charge Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The elevator operator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($17/hr minimum 3 consecutive hours)

    This space is amazing & true to pictures. Checking in was seamless with Efrain. The various focal walls made the space so funtional for my photoshoot. Highly recommended!

    It was a great place to shoot for our website and social media. There is white wall, a kitchen area, a table with a wall with plants in the background and a living room area that you can use as backdrops. There is also a dressing room area with mirrors to change.

    We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday in this space. Both Darwin and Efrain were great at communicating and accommodating some last-minute requests. Our guests were amazed at the space and really enjoyed themselves there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private place for a party.
