PRICING:
DAY RATE (productions): 7am-12am
$90/hr (Monday to Thursday, minimum 2 hours)
DAY RATE (Events/birthdays): 7am-12am
$120/hr (Monday to Thursday)
WEEKEND DAY productions : 7am-6pm
Productions: $110/hr
Events: $130/hr
WEEKEND EVENING productions/events: 6pm-1am
$140/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 4 hours)
Cleaning fee: $80
Event bookings of +10: group fee of $50
RULES:
-Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500.
-Alcohol consumption must be moderate, (this is not a place to get drunk)
-NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio.
-NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food)
-NO sparks or flammable objects.
-NO glitter or confetti
-NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces
-NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls
-All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways
-Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date
Damage deposit is to be paid either in Cash or e-transfer 24 hours prior to booking date, and it is refunded in full at check-out if no damage occurs
PARKING:
The studio doesn't include parking but these are some options:
1) grade-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street
2) across the street at the Atrium on Bay (underground) the entrance is on Edward Street.
3) across the street at the Canadian Tire (underground)
ACCESSIBILITY
Although we do our best to accommodate all clients, we are not situated in a fully accessible building. We are located on the 4th floor of an old building that only has manually operated elevator access. Elevator service is available, free of charge, during building business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. If elevator service is required for you or guests after 5pm/weekend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange it for you. All after hours use requires separate billing to the building landlord’s elevator operator at a rate of $15/hr for a minimum 3 hours.
COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY
cancelations due to a city/province lockdown receive full money back. Cancelations due to clients or guests testing positive for COVID-19 are not entitled to a refund
