About the Space

Hello 👋🏼 Discover our 2100 square foot industrial-boho style studio, a unique space where your projects, whether professional or private, come to life. Located in the Plateau Mont-Royal, our versatile space is ideal for: content creation, photo shoots, video shoots, podcasts, launches, castings, pop-ups, workshops, as well as for your special events such as bachelorette parties, baby showers, marriage proposals, birthdays and more. Free parking for our guests (up to 30 cars!)  Every decor element is modular to create the ideal atmosphere. We even have our own flower bar that you can use, as well as a wide range of props! (vases, accessories, backdrops, chairs, rugs..) Here is the information often requested: • Food and drinks: allowed on site! • Equipment and decoration: we offer the possibility to rent balloons, arch, folding tables and chairs (up to 40 chairs) to accommodate your guests. Ask for our options catalog! • Available furniture: All the furniture in the photos is part of the space. Large designer sofa, rugs, concrete coffee table, mirrors, large high table for a buffet, flower bar, plants, backdrops (on request), speaker, wifi, rugs, decorative accessories and an open kitchen with rear storage: fridge, microwave, oven. Bathed in natural light, our studio is well maintained, with carefully chosen furniture. We ask our guests to tidy up the space after use; although a cleaning service by our team is included. ALL GUESTS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECT THE PREMISES. ‼️ RESPONSIBLE ADULTS mandatory on site. No events after midnight. A 30-minute tolerance is granted (until 00:30 for last call). Our studio is also available for rent for your events. Each decorative element is modular to create the ideal atmosphere. To add a natural touch, take advantage of our flowers bar, as well as a range of vases and accessories to enhance your creations. Here is some info often requested: • Food and drinks: allowed on site! Although we do not offer catering, we are happy to recommend quality local options. • Equipment and decoration: we offer the possibility of renting balloons, arch and chairs, cake display. • Facilities available: enjoy one large high table, studio decorations (sofa, rugs, flowers, plants, backdrops, speakers, wifi, furniture, accessories) and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and worktop. Flooded with natural light, our studio is well maintained, with carefully chosen furniture. We ask our guests to tidy up the space after use; a cleaning service is available for a fee if needed. We would love to welcome you to our studio! No events past midnight. A 30-minute buffer is allowed (until 12:30 AM for last call). The space is not intended for late-night parties. 🚫
