Our building was built in 1889, as the original offices of M Schulz Co., luxurious piano manufacturers. Several original features remain, including the mosaic entrance, glass windows, and trim. Our Studio is located on the first floor. Newly remodeled interior features exposed brick walls, a 15 foot timber ceiling, and hardwood floors throughout. Elegant finishes give the space a chic air and make a unique background for any event.
The 2400 sq ft open floor plan allows for maximum personalization. The space is divided between the main room and a bedroom/lounge area. The main room can hold up to 40 seated guests, and 80 standing guests. There is a custom made dry bar located in the middle of the main room and can be used as a coat check, dj booth, or bartender station. Dark interior and versatile lighting solutions add an element of personal intimacy to the venue. Interlacing modern decor with antiques gives this event space a timeless appearance. Nearby garage parking available.

For more than a century, the Bohemian National Hall has been a cultural, educational, athletic and social center for Czech and Slovak immigrants. This grand building was commissioned by the Bohemian Benevolent and Literary Association (BBLA), designed in the Renaissance
revival style by architect William C. Frohne and constructed between 1895 and 1897.
In 1994, the building was designated a New York City landmark by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. In 2001, the BBLA transferred ownership of the Bohemian National Hall to the Czech Government for a symbolic one dollar. The Czech Government agreed to completely

Ultimate nightclub bar lounge film studio events

Custom built 22,000sq ft studio in the south bay (right behind SpaceX and the Hawthorne airport 1 mile off the 105 and Prairie exit, well within 30 mile SAG radius) with an amazing second to none fully functioning night club and bar sound stage with full bar, dance floor, custom booths, custom stage built to any size, and more. . . The main stage is over 6,000 sq ft with a center piece 16ft x 12ft elevated stage that can be made bigger or smaller for any type of performance (concert, hip hop performance, comedy, etc).
