INDIE/STUDENT PRODUCTIONS (15 or less cast and crew) - $150/hour (4 hour minimum) - Include use of all grounds and Producers Suite. FULL PRODUCTIONS (16 - 30 cast and crew) 300.- 400. hourlyIncludes use of all grounds, and Producers Suite.-------------------------------------------------------------- PLEASE NOTE/MAIN HOUSE ON OCCASION SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY The location has been featured in the latest Snoop Dog/TLC, Tom Bergeron movie, Lamorne Morris movie, Somo movie, Apple App commercial, Geico TV commercials, Decker TV series, My EX Boyfriend tv series, Lifetime, Warner.Tripi Red,Whiz Khalifa etc The main house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, offering a living room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, 2 restrooms, and master bedroom available for filming. The grounds include a breathtaking backyard featuring a 40 foot swimming pool with pool floats, custom made tiki bar and grill area with built in flame feature, an abundance of high quality outdoor furniture, fruit trees and multiple well kept gardens, large grassy area, recently painted pool deck and walkways. The front yard has multiple gardens, including a beautiful rose garden just off a wonderful covered porch. The Producers Suite is a recently renovated space providing your production with a green room that will make you feel as though you are shooting on a major studio, but at only a fraction of the cost. This fully furnished space features a full bathroom with bluetooth sound system and beautifully lit mirror for hair and makeup, air conditioning/heat, double kitchen sink and countertop, 65” TV with premium direct TV package, dedicated WIFI signal, Keurig coffee maker with full coffee setup, full size fridge/freezer, multiple power outlets, microwave, and toaster oven. The Producers Suite also has a king size pull out murphy bed that can be used for shooting bedroom scenes or as additional seating. This space also has a separate, secured entrance only steps away from the on-site parking to make load in easy. We also offer many outdoor props for staging events in the yard, such as banquet tables (round&rectangle), table clothes both black and white, restaurant style chafing dishes, and many other event-related accessories. Main house 2300 square feet (subject to availability and added fee) Producers Suite 400 square feet This is a large, 3rd of an acre site located in a quiet area of North Hollywood with both on site and plenty of off site parking. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RATE: 15 OR LESS CAST AND CREW: 150. HOURLY 16 TO 30: 300.HOURLY THIS RATE INCLUDES OUTDOOR GROUNDS AND HOSPITALITY ROOM ONLY/NOT THE MAIN HOUSE MAIN HOUSE AND GROUNDS AND HOSPITALITY ROOM: 300-400 HOURLY there is a one time set up fee of 120. added to ALL RENTALS; this is our cost to staff your booking the day of the event for washing down the walkways, clearing leaves, chlorinating the pool, inflating the pool toys, set up of the hospitality room with complimentary waters, sodas, coffee station, set up of bath room and hospitality room.
