This beautiful New York style warehouse loft is located in the Fashion District, close to the 10 freeway. RoseWolff Studio is perfect for big events: wedding receptions, launch events, art galleries, and more! It offers one concrete side with gorgeous cement beams and one wood side with hardwood floors and beams. Windows wrap around the building, letting in natural light throughout the entire day. The space features a freight elevator which loads directly at street level, making your load-in seamless. It boasts two bathrooms, a make up room, and central A/C throughout the entire venue. Free street parking all around the building. ***************************************** ​HOURLY RATES • ​1 - 24 Guests: $150/hr • ​25 - 44 Guests: $175/hr • ​45 - 74 Guests: $200/hr • ​75 - 99 Guests: $225/hr • ​100 - 125 Guests: $250/hr ​• After 10 PM: +$75/hr | Weekends +$25/hr | Holidays: starting at +$50/hr ​CLEANING FEES • ​1–24: $150 | 25–44: $175 | 45–74: $200 | 75–99: $250 | 100–125: $300 • Standard Cleaning Expectation: Guests clear personal items/food, consolidate trash into bags, reset moved furniture, and wipe up major liquid spills. (Venue handles floor sweeping/mopping, sanitization, and trash bag disposal). ​• Optional Hands-Off Service ($350 – $550): Prefer to head home without lifting a finger? Leave the trash, table clearing, and pack-down to us. (Note for cleaning: Biohazards or excessive restoration cleaning incur extra fees starting at $200+). ***************************************** AMENITIES Amenities included with any booking: two large bar tables, 50 white folding chairs, six cocktail tables, three 60" round tables (no linen), projector (nighttime use), and two professional column speakers. Additionally to rent we have: 50 chairs, seven 60" tables (no linen). **************************************** RULES & POLICIES • Private events only (no commercial activity at the door). • No raves or rowdy parties. • Music must be off by 12:30am with complete breakdown and guest exit by 1:30am. • No alcohol sales. • No smoking (subject to $250+ fine). • Security guard required for events over 75 people with alcohol.
