Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls. Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts. Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items. There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow. Our venue is multi-functional, versatile and spacious. The 7,200 sq. foot space is divided into three smaller rooms in the front with a combination of exposed brick walls and luxurious wallpaper and chandeliers, and a large art gallery/ballroom-style space in the main hall with white brick walls, bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floor, four impressive chandeliers, a bar, stage and balcony. One of the smaller rooms in the front is designed as a Victorian-style boudoir, another a cigar room/library, and the third one a Victorian-style parlor/sitting room. The main hall's open space lends itself to a variety of set-ups, including long tables for weddings, product launch events, photography, music video and film shoots. With dozens of eclectic pieces of furniture and other decoration that come with your rental, you can dress up this place to make it your own. A staircase from the main hall leads to the balcony that is set up as a restaurant/VIP section. The rental also includes a club-style restroom with two men's and two women's stalls. A second restroom is a Victorian-style unisex, handicap accessible restroom. We would love to show you all the possibilities this venue can offer. Please contact me for a scout. This is the quintessential old warehouse LOFT in Brooklyn. The space is HUGE and able to host comfortably up to around 30 people for a production (films, photo shoots, commercials, etc). The completely windowed wall is facing South-East which gives the most perfect natural light all day long. The curtains can be open or closed to avoid shades moving. Most productions teams don't even bring lighting, the natural light is more than enough for most projects. On the main area -living room- there are all sort of scenarios that can be used as different backgrounds: A fully equipped renovated open kitchen, a dinning room area, a living room chill area with couches, a hammock and a swing, a projector, a piano and a desk area. Every corner can look like it's a different space. The bedroom is a double sized bedroom, also facing South East with one whole wall as windows. A Queen Size bed, a swing, a mirror and some lovely bedroom decor. With a lot of space to maneuver for good angles and beautiful natural light. We also have a backstage room that can be used as a changing room, makeup, props storage, and even to take pictures in the dark as it's a fully dark room. The dimensions are 18' x 9' and there is a desk, mirrors, a rack, and some useful props. There is also a a cute entrance with a world map and a bench + a good sized bathroom - all black and white. We are on the top of the building, there is a massive elevator that can fit anything in one go, and we are facing a church, so the space is very quiet as there is not street noise. This loft is located in an old building that used to be a fabric factory. Nowadays it is the home of lots of young, creative and interesting people living in one the most artistic scenes of NYC. The apartment has been recently renovated by Lucia Puron (amazing interior designer) with a beautiful design featured in VOGUE and many other magazines. At the top of the building there is a HUGE rooftop with hammocks also available upon request only. You can see Manhattan and Brooklyn, and during the summer this place is the venue for many parties and chillout sessions. (This is not included in the rental, please ask about availability and rates) RULES - PLEASE READ -No parties are allowed on this space. -We have a no shoes policy: the crew can wear shoe covers / booties or socks. The talent can wear shoes only while on camera. -All props and equipment must be appropriately padded to avoid scratching the wood floors. -Take pictures before starting so you know where to put things back. -Everything must be put back on its original place. -All furniture can be moved and re arranged except for the piano and kitchen appliances. Please lift and do not drag. -The upper lofted areas are off limits. Also the closets in the bedroom. -If you are using the bed, please bring your own bedsheets - queen size. -Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. -No smoking or fire making.

SMOKING POLICY-- This building is a smoke-free zone, including both private and communal indoor areas and inside the unit itself. The only area that smoking is allowed is out on the balcony attached to the unit itself. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. Our darling, sunny, detached, private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your shoot or event in Los Angeles! Our 400 sq ft, studio guest house, with double French doors, features a full size canopy bed for two and a small living room. There is a full bathroom with tub. You also have your own private, outdoor patio with seating. The patio has a small charcoal grill. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley, and is a bit city like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :) There is a TV with Netflix and wifi. There is a Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave and toaster, however there is not a kitchen or kitchen sink. There is free street parking, a large free parking lot nearby or there is private parking for 2 smaller cars or one large van/truck by the guest house right next to the patio. It is accessible behind a manual gate. During the warm months, the room is air conditioned with a portable ac unit in the corner of the room. When it's colder, the room is kept toasty with a free standing heater. Please note we are under the flight path of Burbank Airport, so you may from time to time hear a plane overhead. **Please note bedding, pillows, etc are changed out often. *** All furniture and decor {except for the bed and wall TV} can be removed from the space for film shoots. Lovely rooftop space for our anniversary gala! The space has a clear cover in case of rain, a beautiful fountain, and feels very private and contained. Access with the elevator was easy. Highly recommend!
