About the Space

Operating hours - 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Conveniently located in Historic West Adams, near the 10 Freeway at Western, we offer 1,200 SF of clean white gallery/event space with 2 skylights and wood beam ceilings at 13.5'. Street presence plus rear door for loading in and out. Inc. 1 bathroom. The interior roll-up door opens to a coffee shop next door for commingled events. Additional fees are necessary if the coffee shop is involved in any event/production. The daily rate covers a 12-hour booking. Per Covid-19 guidelines, we ask that all clients provide their own sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizer, gloves, and face masks. The space will be sanitized prior to your booking. Here are just some of the functions we love to host: • Retail and product launch pop-ups • Gallery exhibitions and installations • Press launches • Large conferences and talks • Film screenings • Photo and video production • Consumer activations • Product launches • Workshops • Corporate outings * Outdoor space: If you would like to add the rear half of the outdoor art lot/parking area (2600SF) to your rental, drop us a message. No parties are allowed outdoors. Please note that a security deposit is required, from which a wall restoration and cleaning fee will be deducted, which is typically quite small, depending on the level of repairs needed.

    Booked Eileen/Steve’s space for a surprise proposal party and would highly recommend it to others! The hosts were great at communication and answered all my questions. There was somebody there the day of to help with any needs and would come to swing by quickly with anything we needed. There is a convenient parking lot, restroom, and bar. Thank you for helping me host such a special event :)

    Eileen and Steve were some of the best hosts of a rental space I have ever dealt with. The space was perfect and Steve came by to happily help us with multiple things through out the day. We will definitely be using this space again and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a space in L.A..

    This is an amazing site and a must for a great pop up event. The owners are so responsive and helpful. We rented the space for a pop up art show. also used the parking lot outside for a food truck. After making our first post on the event someone reached out and ask for the contact info which I happily passed along.
