About the Space
Adorable home with a view! Features a kidney pool and hot tub. Stove accent walls, large showers and bright bedrooms with hardwood floors. Immaculate carpet and artsy decor in the living area. Spa bathtub with a view, bright and airy kitchen. Groovy 60's feel throughout...a true Southern California home! Large parking areas available nearby at the public golf course or a church lot down the road. Trucks aren’t a problem even though access to the house has a small road. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day. Really lovely home and even more lovelier homeowners, they absolutely make production easy and worked with us throughout the day. The house aesthetic is on point and what you see in pictures is really what you get when you go there, no surprises.

This house is a total GEM. The privacy is unmatched, incredible views and super easy and convenient parking. You get everything you would get from a vintage palm springs house without the 2 hour drive! Very cool interiors and beautiful attention to details throughout the house as well as the front and back yard!! Loved shooting here!
