With double French doors, abundant natural light, and a versatile open layout, this space offers the perfect blend of style and functionality. Key Features: Open Studio Layout: A thoughtfully designed space featuring a queen-size bed, a small yet stylish living area, and versatile furniture that can be rearranged—or removed (except for the bed and wall-mounted TV) to suit your production needs. Private Outdoor Patio: Enjoy a spacious private patio with ample seating, a charcoal grill, and a unique urban backdrop. The patio faces the guesthouse for a more aesthetically pleasing setting. Production-Friendly Amenities: High-speed WiFi, TV with Netflix, and natural light make it ideal for shoots and events. Additional props, furniture, and decor are available—see our photos for add-ons. Convenient Parking & Access: Free street parking Private parking for two small cars or one large van/truck behind a manual gate—perfect for production vehicles. Essential Amenities: A full bathroom with a tub, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster (please note: no full kitchen or kitchen sink). Comfort in Any Season: Portable AC unit for warm months Free-standing heater for cooler days Additional Notes: Production-Friendly Setup: Almost all furniture and decor (except the bed and wall-mounted TV) can be moved for shoots. Please account for setup and reset time in your booking. Flight Path Awareness: We are under the Burbank Airport flight path, so occasional airplane noise may occur. Our space is ideal for film shoots, interviews, product photography, lifestyle shoots, and intimate private events. Place is isolated to host an event away from The main house which is nice for the families privacy and the people hosting. They direct you to local areas if you need additional items for your event.

Sommerly welcomed us with open arms. It sounds like she's also in film production so she understood everything we had to do. The furniture in this guest house is extremely light and moving friendly. It's nice to have your own parking space that could fit 1-2 cars and there's plenty of room outside to lay out gear. Sommerly also helped us enforce Covid19 precautions by having multiple sanitizers around set. Definitely recommend this set location.
