About the Space
Our darling, sunny, detached, private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your shoot or event in Los Angeles! Our 400 sq ft, studio guest house, with double French doors, features a queen size bed for two and a small living room. There is a full bathroom with a tub. You also have your own large private, outdoor patio with seating. The patio has a small charcoal grill. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley and is a bit city-like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :) There is a TV with Netflix and wifi. There is a Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster, however there is not a kitchen or kitchen sink. There is free street parking or there is private parking for 2 smaller cars or one large van/truck by the guest house right next to the patio. It is accessible behind a manual gate. During the warm months, the room is kept cool with a portable ac unit in the corner of the room. When it's colder, the room is kept toasty with a free-standing heater. Please note we are under the flight path of Burbank Airport, so you may from time to time hear a plane overhead. **Please note bedding, pillows, etc are changed out often. *** All furniture and decor {except for the bed and wall TV} can be removed from the space for film shoots. We just ask you to factor the time to reset the space in your booking. See our photos for additional add-on items and services. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Place is isolated to host an event away from The main house which is nice for the families privacy and the people hosting. They direct you to local areas if you need additional items for your event.

Sommerly welcomed us with open arms. It sounds like she's also in film production so she understood everything we had to do. The furniture in this guest house is extremely light and moving friendly. It's nice to have your own parking space that could fit 1-2 cars and there's plenty of room outside to lay out gear. Sommerly also helped us enforce Covid19 precautions by having multiple sanitizers around set. Definitely recommend this set location.
