A fantastic space with a spectacular host! The location is very spacious, has all the amenities you could need, and offers several separate rooms that can fit a multitude of needs. It’s clean, beautifully styled, and clearly maintained by owners who care about their space. It’s close to the highway and has an abundance of free onsite parking, which really helped our event! I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie, she is so responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and organized. An accommodating and personable host, she’s the exact kind of person you’d want to work with when planning an event!

Had a small intimate wedding here. The venue and service were both amazing and I would choose this venue again if I had to do it all over! Don’t let the pictures fool you, the venue was HUGE. Shama and her son were both amazing! They repeatedly checked in on us to make sure that everything was okay. They even offered to help us set up. Five stars!

Wonderful and easy to work with! They helped us with any further planning we needed, and it was easy to add another hour to our booking when we realized we needed it. They provided us a list of catering options in the building, and were there whenever we had questions.

A very nice and spacious loft with a great versatile host! The host not only provided a great space but also offered to be our photographer for our small wedding ceremony. It was a lovely gesture that made our day even more special. It's wonderful when hosts go above and beyond to make special occasions even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The Best Locations for a Brewery Wedding

If you have a love of craft beers and your partner, why not combine the two and plan a unique brewery-themed wedding complete with kegs, tanks, and machinery? Or, think about a taproom that might offer a great pairing of a bar area and brewing equipment for behind-the-scenes tours of the production and barrel room.

With this specific goal in mind, you may worry that finding a suitable venue might take hours and hours, or even once you find the perfect setting, it'll cost a fortune. But that doesn't have to be the case when you use Giggster to source the best brewery wedding venues available.

Do you want an outdoor beer garden? No problem at all. What about a beautiful wedding venue with exposed brick and an intriguing history? We've got that, too. And, whatever your preferred location across the country or in Canada, Giggster has you covered.

Plan a memorable event with a fun theme and guests will be talking about your nuptials for years to come!

Why Choose Giggster For Brewery Wedding Venues?

Flexibility, affordability, and variety are all apparent once you start your event space search in the Giggster app. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect to find:

  • Lean on the industrial style with plenty of metalwork, ducting, and high ceilings. Dance in the open loft-like space and set up tables around the vintage-looking barrels.

  • Cozy venues can be great for smaller guest lists, and it's easy to find a space that feels like a bar with the barrels set up along the wall. Picture lots of wood accents and soft lighting and you have a winner.

  • Go big and rent a huge brewery re-modeled from a classic New York warehouse. Flags, chandeliers, and leather booths set the scene for an unforgettable night.

  • Amp up the trendy vibes and select brewery wedding venues with colorful murals, corrugated metal-lined bars, and eclectic mix of tables, and a neon-lit stage for live music.

Plan an Amazing Brewery Wedding Starting at Just $25/hour

Exceptional Variety & Quality: We expertly select each of our 103 locations in the app to ensure an atmosphere that's creative, classic, elegant, or rustic. Indoor/outdoor options, posh serving areas, and ample dance floor space are all possible at prices starting as low as $25/hour.

Hassle-Free Booking: Not only is it super easy to find a great venue for a selection of private events, like your brewery wedding, these venue spaces can be booked in just a few minutes. Be confident in your choice with up front pricing, clear availability, and complete listings of all the property's features. When a question comes up, you can message the host with a single click.

24-Hour Free Cancellation Policy: Make your booking with a minimum of 48 hours until the wedding, and our free cancellation policy covers you for the first 24 hours. Change your mind during this timeframe without any kind of penalty.

Platform Protections: The more space, machinery, and other equipment a brewery offers, the higher the chances for potential accidents, whether with the guests or the property. Add on extra liability or damage coverage to fully protect everyone and enjoy your wedding to the fullest. Also, if you need increased flexibility, additional cancellation coverage can be added as well.

What Kind of Venue Can I Rent for a Brewery Wedding?

If you're doing it right, your special day only comes around once, so the pressure is on to make it count. And believe it or not, the brewery theme can extend to different venue types. A spot like Diebolt Brewing Company will prove to be an incredible setting.

  • Breweries – The Obvious Choice. This one may seem obvious, but it's worth mentioning for the stainless steel tanks, various pipes connecting everything together, and the taps to sample the product.

  • Taprooms – More Versatility. A taproom is often a more flexible and wedding-appropriate space in a separate building from the actual brewery. These locations will feel more homey and skew towards a comfortable rather than industrial theme.

  • Beer Gardens – Warm Weather Weddings. When you're getting married in the summer or in a city that has warm year-round temperatures, why not take advantage of the sunshine? Twinkle lights, picnic tables, and vibrant wall art keep things casual yet special.

  • Event Spaces – Combine Your Beer With Entertainment. In our 103 options for brewery wedding venues, we even have the combination of brewery vibes with a restaurant and performance area. Set up your band, make speeches, and dance the night away with a beer-themed backdrop.

  • Converted Warehouses – A Historic Twist. Get festive with a spot lined with red brick, vats of delicious beer, and up to 300 guests for your big day. Enjoy the space centered around a square-shaped bar, impossibly tall ceilings, and exposed duct work for a dash of industrial elegance.

Brewery Wedding Venue Must-Haves

So you think a brewery is the ideal wedding venue, but there are a few more options to consider since these locations come in lots of shapes and sizes.

Go for extraordinary ambiance. Set the tone for a lovely affair with the right atmosphere. Do you want modern vibes with various metals and clean lines or a cozier space with mood lighting and perfectly dressed tables? Drill down on your wish list, and only then should you delve into your search on the Giggster app.

What about catering? Some people like an all-in-one option with in-house catering. Others want to tailor the menu to their favorite cuisine or the theme. Check that the venue either has food choices onsite or allows outside catering to fit your preference.

What amenities are already in place? Renting things like tablecloths, chair decorations, AV equipment, and even the tables and chairs themselves can be a real pain. Look for venues that offer these items already included, or if your plan is very specific, you might want a completely blank slate to decorate as you see fit.

Consult the guest count. Once you know how long the guest list is, match that with your proposed venue's capacity. You don't want it to feel crowded, but go too big, and you risk it feeling empty.

Planning Your Memorable Brewery Wedding

Although it would be nice if the planning took care of itself, that's not reality. Brewery weddings, like any other nuptials, require attention to detail and forethought if you want to emerge with the best possible wedding day.

You'll Need a Realistic Budget – Deciding up front your maximum budget and also assigning limits to individual components, like the venues, food, and wedding dress, is imperative. Without a clear picture of what you can afford and the self-control to stick to it, it's oh so easy for things to snowball into something you can't really afford.

Use Giggster For Your Venue – Not only does the app save you money, it also presents all the available choices on a single easy-to-use platform. Review the clear images, see when it's available, and get a comprehensive cost breakdown to make sure you get the best venue possible. Plus, this step can be checked off in less than five minutes if you know what you want.

Set the Date and Invite – Make sure to give the guests as much notice as you can for the date, once you set it, that is. Choose between traditional paper invitations or e-vites, which can get them out quicker if you're short on time.

Plan the Decor – Start sourcing any extra items the space is missing or things you need to bring your theme to life. There are lead times, so the sooner you get around to this one, the better.

Brewery Wedding Expenses to Plan For

While we already know that Giggster has a venue for every wedding budget, starting at only $25/hour, there are other ways to save money that's probably better spent on an unforgettable honeymoon:

How much can you do yourself?

Depending on how much free time you're willing to dedicate to the wedding, think about all the things you can do instead of hiring someone for a fee. Grab the supplies to assemble the wedding favors, make the guest book and table cards yourself, and even show your artistic side and create the centerpieces from scratch.

Don't pay for famous entertainment.

Source your live band from a local music school, rely on friends to assemble wedding-appropriate playlists, or play a recording of the wedding march rather than paying a live cellist or harpist. Any of these options will be significantly less than hiring a well-known DJ or a popular band.

Trim the guest list to close family and friends only.

A surefire way to keep costs in check is to pair down the guest list. Fewer people means a smaller and often more affordable micro wedding venue, less food, and fewer expensive alcoholic drinks (even if you're just intending to serve beer, it adds up).
