About the Space
Founded in 2013, our Company is located in the historic Sunnyside neighborhood of North Denver. Our 8000 sq/ft production facility and tap room occupies an old brick building originally created as a Government meat packaging facility in the 1950’s. The tap room occupies 1000 sq/ft with an adjacent 1500 sq/ft event space that features separate audio, projector, games, and access to private patio space. The heart of our operation is a 15 barrel brewhouse with a mix of (7) 15 barrel fermentation tanks and (5) 30 barrel fermentation tanks nestled amongst wooden barrels and other brewing equipment all of which provides a eye catching backdrop for happy hours, private events, or photo shoots.

100/10 would recommend Diebolt for your next event!! I hosted my 30th here and my friends and I had an absolute blast! The space is super cool, we were able to hook up a Nintendo switch to the projector and also had separate music (connected to a Bluetooth speaker to play our own music), the garage to the patio was wonderful and gave great natural light and fresh air, both rooms with all the barrels and brewing equipment made the space so fun, the vibes were high all around, the beer was delicious, and Jack and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

I hosted a co-ed baby shower here for my sister-in-law and it was absolutely wonderful! Jack and his team were so accommodating and genuinely kind. They even helped me move around some furniture while I was setting up. The rental space was perfect, it was off the main taproom and even had its own entrance which made it easy to direct guests. Thanks again Diebolt team!

I did my baby shower here and I’m SOOOO happy I did! They were very nice and we were separate from the main part of the brewery! They didn’t mind us showing up a tad bit early to decorate and all my guests LOVED their drinks! I would recommend and I WILL be back for my 30th! If you’re considering it please do it! The host was amazing and answered all my questions when needed! He was amazing! Great place all around!

What a great place! First and foremost this brewery has delicious beers and seltzers! What we loved equally about our experience was the owners and staff, everyone was so helpful, kind, patient, and chill. We chose this venue to host our Holiday Party and I could not have been more pleased. We had over 100 people, our set up included food tables, tables with chairs, and coolers with water; there was more than enough space to mingle. The projector and screen was perfect in setting a nice backdrop. We put together a collage of photos and videos highlighting great moments over the last year that looped during our event. The acoustics were surprisingly excellent! We will definitely use this venue again.

We had a blast! Coed baby shower actually enjoyed by all! We had plenty of space everyone enjoyed the brewery and the brews. Staff was amazing. Maybe back for 1st birthday party😂
