Marty's location is even more impressive than in the photos. Lots of great options for video production setups, lots of natural light, and plenty of space to work with. Marty is an excellent host who helped make our production really smooth and everyone feel welcome. Our production was some interviews and b-roll for a documentary series. I highly recommend.

Wonderful venue for our event. We booked Martin's home for my father's memorial having never been there to check it out. It was gorgeous. Beautiful property, absolutely perfect. We used the bottom floor and were able to open up both sides of the living room, one that led to an outside porch and the other was a bank of floor to ceiling glass doors. There was a great cross breeze that all of the guests enjoyed. The kitchen was perfect for our caterer as well. He was able to stage all of the food in the kitchen and use the big square table as the place to put all of the food. The upstairs deck was super nice but we didn't need it. Martin was so easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond for us and made a special event even more special with his attentiveness and kindness. Parking was super easy for all 45 of our guests. Great location, easy to find. Five stars, awesome.

The Space: This is such a great space! Loved the curved cyc corner (tho it could use a fresh coat of paint) and massive industrial windows give it great golden-hour natural light. It has multiple seamless paper backdrops, lighting equipment, a changing area, a massive mirror, and an add-on to use the fire escape (which we did). Parking is $10 in a fenced lot on-site. This is the best-equipped, lowest-cost space I've shot in; and I highly recommend it. The Host Danny is EXCELLENT, giving clear directions to the building/parking, and communicating everything quickly. Will absolutely book again!

Great space and you can't beat the price. Host was great and really cared about us. Didn't bother us during the shoot and let us do our thing. No drama. Als there is off street parking which is a must for that neighborhood.

Great location! They even have a speaker on site which was convenient. Just bring some extension cords/stingers and you'll be good. Host communicated well and in a timely matter. Will be booking again.

This studio is perfect for my yoga class shoots! I enjoyed shooting at Danny's studio. the direction upon arrival on the phone was very helpful. The place was very clean and organized so It was easy to set everything up quickly. I will definitely book this studio again!

Not only was this place beautiful and very well kept! But Von was a great guy. He was really inviting, I was proposing to my now fiancé & the photographer was running late! Von stepped up and offered to take pictures! The photographer showed up but the fact that Von was willing to help out meant the world! 10/10 would recommend!

The place has a beautiful view to downtown miami and with the excellent weather that we had, we had a fantastic time!!!.. We hosted 30 people and the space was enough. Von is very helpful and takes care of details. I highly recommend it.

There are many amazing places in Miami but none quite like this! The views of the city skyline makes for an amazing photo backdrop for your next photoshoot, engagement or get together. The host, Von is also an amazing individual. We were running a bit behind schedule and he stayed to provide assistance with setting up and answering my 100 questions.
