About the Space

Stunning and newly constructed 750 square foot roof deck with panoramic views of Los Angeles. Ideal for film, tv, publicity photo shoots, general scenic photography! (hey, even wedding proposals :) (Please scroll to bottom of description for pricing on group sizes) Equipped with power circuits up top, plus two additional 20 AMP dedicated film circuits have been installed for more involved productions. Cast/Crew/Production Size and Cost (3 hr min) 125/hr - 1 to 5 people 145/hr - 6 to 15 people 185/hr - 16 - 35 people Rates are full hour rental (no partial or half hours, but 10 minute grace period given into additional hours), and from first crew arrival on site until last vehicle departure from location after load out and clean up (ie. waiting outside after load out is not wrap time, but last person departing from site)
