NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink on the Roof" add-on if you would like to drink on the rooftop.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the rooftop.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you booked for
NO CLIMBING THE LADDER! Your booking will be immediately canceled.
NO SITTING OR STANDING ON THE EDGE OF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately canceled.
Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.
The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated.
