7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility. The main area has a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, chandeliers, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area. Our space has been described as bohemian and elegant/rustic/industrial.
Film/music video shoots and events have used our space for a Great Gatsby-themed backdrop, Mexican/Asian restaurant, brewery, jazz performance, stand-up comedy, fashion show, video game or other product launch event, seminars etc.

Modern, Bright and Relaxed Designer Home
Welcome to our bright and beachy designer home located in the Westchester neighborhood of LA, 10 minutes from Venice and Culver City. We've had the pleasure of hosting Zooey Deschanel, Marie Kondo, Parachute Home, Everlane, Mattel, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Macy's, Ouai haircare, among many others looking for a modern, warm and relaxed aesthetic.
Inside you'll find 1700 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds. Enjoy immense natural light, high vaulted ceilings, a bright white and marble kitchen, a designer dining room that seats six, two full bathrooms with beautiful tile, smooth concrete and marble accents, a peaceful master bedroom with warm details, and French oak wide plank wood flooring throughout. The homeowner is a designer and prop stylist, so the home has many beautiful props to make your shoot seamless.
The back of the home has bi-fold doors that open up to a wraparound deck and built-in jacuzzi. The backyard is newly landscaped, with a grassy area, olive trees and native California grasses on one side, and decomposed granite with desert plants on the other. The lounge area has a modern fire pit and stucco built-in couch, backed by tall bamboo and adjacent honeysuckle wall.
Our 2-car driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and there is ample street parking on the adjacent streets with no parking restrictions.

We offer a full service pre-lit green screen studio. Studio has a 3 wall cove cyc, lighting grid, wrap-around black curtains and pre-hung 12' white seamless paper roll. Dimensions are 25' w x 35' l x 15' h with double wall construction for sound proofing. Rental includes pre-lit rear wall green screen, key, fill and back light, staging/production area, private dressing room, kitchen, 2 makeup stations and bathroom, 6 parking spots, 1 ton grip package. Additional equipment can be rented or you can bring your own.
Our studio is located in extremely film friendly Burbank, close to the 5 freeway. It is ideal for film-makers, content creators, photographers, production companies and ad agencies. The studio is available for rental 24/7 and is ideal for filming interviews, TV commercials, music videos, promos, and web content. Although the stage is generally green screen it can be converted to any color background production needs (terms and conditions apply).
Can also be used as an audition space.

- This studio is set up for green screen, black curtain and white seamless video/film shoots. The studio is completely sound proofed with double wall construction. Can be used for photo shoots as well.
4. Are all areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior)?
- Only interiors of the space.
5. What are the power capabilities of the space?
- We have 110 amps distributed over 14 standard house outlets which can also be patched to the lighting grid.
6. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking?
7. What are the parking and load-in/load-out options?
- 6 parking spots. Room for grip truck and honey wagon. Large elephant door can be opened for load in load out. Free street parking.
8. How many bathrooms does your space have?
9. Which additional areas will guests have access to, if any?
- Studio, staging/production area, makeup station, kitchen, bathroom.
10. Printing and Wifi?
- Wifi provided and we have a printer on site.
11. What other equipment do you have available (not included in rental)?
- 3 tons of grip equipment, 25 lights, camera packages, sound packages, teleprompters, dollies, sliders. Just ask we probably have it.
Large DTLA Industrial Loft
This is a beautiful 2,800 sq ft space with high ceilings. It has big industrial windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has an incredible geometric mural that is amazing for shooting, wardrobe, or make up. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms located directly across the hall. It is fully equipped with two AC's and a ceiling fan. There are black velvet drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. The furniture and props can be moved around.
Spacious contemporary home w/pool and gazebo
This Stevenson Ranch home is a large property with beautiful mountain views. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a double car garage. Large tropical backyard with an updated pergola covering a large patio area. Private pool with waterfall, bbq and a beautiful new gazebo with tv and fan. Five mature, fully grown palm trees throughout the back yard as well as seven palm trees in the front yard. The backyard is generously sized to allow for catering, equipment storage, etc, yet still, has room for filming.
Inside we have bright, light-filled rooms. Large, updated open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large open area that encompasses the kitchen and living room. The living room has an updated fireplace with stone tiles and mantle. Light wood floors throughout the home.
Open upstairs loft with two gaming televisions and mountain views. Large and light master bedroom with attached bathroom. Master, guest bedroom and office can also be used as cast waiting rooms.
A side entrance allows easy access for crew and equipment. Three bathrooms are available for cast and crew.
There are several large street parking areas nearby. There is also a big paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Previous productions have used this lot with a shuttle that runs down to our neighborhood (1 min. drive).
DTLA FASHION DISTRICT, ROOFTOP, WHITE SETTING
Our rooftop has been recently renovated and provides a clear and clean backdrop and surrounding ideal for any photoshoot or videoshoot. The floor, and the rooftop itself has been painted white to provide ideal lighting on any given day. There is a view of the DTLA skyline as well as various elements that have been preserved to provide an industrial look. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas.
The given regular available times are (Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM) .

- If any of the crew members or talent fails to follow these rules, the will be subject to a fine, to be determined, and will be removed by the staff immediately.
- Rules will be enforced regardless of prior knowledge.
- All necessary permits are the Renter's responsibility.
