7,500 sq.-foot DTLA eclectic versatile space
7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility - bohemian/elegant/rustic/industrial. The main area features a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, four chandeliers, two massive antique mirrors, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area.
Ample metered street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.)
Walking distance to Metro Blue Line (801) Grand / LATTC Station
Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance (through the alley) for loading.
AMENITIES INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE:
Kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; bathrooms equipped with toilet paper and hand soap.

Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input; stereo female RCA input; stereo female 1/4" input; wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers; 4 monitor speakers (2 - 15-inch and 2 - 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.

The rates published on Giggster are solely for photoshoot/music video/film production. Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates for events.
We $10 per hour to run the A/C/heater.
We open the doors at the start time you requested.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
Please do not remove books from the library shelves.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items.
We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props).
We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.

Bright daylight studio is a 2,000 square feet space with a 13 feet ceilings located on the third floor of a building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. It has 48 feet of south-western exposed 8 feet hign windows.
It is perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video, photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events.

Great open space with Victorian drapes and old world furniture. Has refrigerators, restroom, bar area, WiFi, photo booth room to set up for pictures, old pump organ, walls of Victorian frames, faux fireplace, sound system and two large projectors that project on the walls if desired. Think Disney haunted mansion vibe. Perfect for film shoots, vibey birthday parties or a corporate event. Has an outside gated area and also 6 parking spots. There is a separate space upstairs great for dressing area, changing, storage or filming also!
Black Tie Affair
Meticulously designed with massive concrete walls, gold textures, and architectural elements.
Approximately 12k sq ft, this location features an open floor-plan, fully climate controlled, in a gated compound to complete any vision.
Minimum rate shown is based on a 10 hour still photography shoot with 15 or less crew/talent size. Please inquire for rates on larger impact shoots.

Private Theatre In Hollywood w/ Premium Systems

Located across the street from Capitol Records in the Spaces building. The Indie Screen Theatre boast a highly exclusive private screening theatre experience.
The theatre is equipped with a non-perforated screen, Christie 4k Projector, and certified Dolby Atmos audio system.
The Theatre venue includes a host of amenities for truly high-end and private use.
There is an elevator and direct Vine Street access to the Theatre via a private patio and dedicated Theatre Lobby.
The space is set-up for a luxurious screening experience but can be completely set-up as an open space to get as creative as you want for your use case.

Welcome to a black-owned event space in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our goal is to curate a wonderful experience for you and your guests.
We offer an industrial space with a touch of elegance located on the border of East Williamsburg and Bushwick. It is 1600 sqft of open space, surrounded by oversized windows and drenched in natural light. The space features dimmable lights, a functional bar top for your use, operable windows, and more.
You will also have access to a large rooftop (3200 sqft) overlooking industrial plants, with an unobstructed view of the New York City skyline, making it perfect for photo-ops.
