The studio includes an 800 ft² White CYC (Cyclorama/Infinity) wall, PRE-LIT (lights included), 34′ wide and 22′ deep, flat matt, which can be converted into a green-screen with a green-screen cloth that we have. We offer lights, a huge 50" monitor & speaker, for free and many amenities to make your experience second to none. Our space is perfect for your next video/film/commercial project or photography shoot.
Free parking, HUGE 10' x 10' garage doors for load-in and load-out, a large separate Green Room in the front (large table, kitchenette, fridge, coffee, tea, hot water, etc.), makeup station, bathrooms, couches, tables and chairs. We are able to accommodate large and small productions.

POWER DETAILS We have 2 BATES Stage 3 Pin connectors. Each with 60 Amps and 120 Volts and we have LEX 60 Amp Bento "Hollywood Box" to (3) NEMA 20 Amp Circuits power distribution unit connected to one of the BATES connectors. We have a 220 Volt 30 Amp outlet if you need it as well.
ADDITIONAL RENTALS We also have a connected cool creative work space that can also be rented for $50/hr extra (great for shooting office scenes or as a VIP room for talent) *Pictures of the add-on space are included in the selection of pics for this space.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES If you need any additional production team members, such as a camera person, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services, we have people we've worked with in the past that we can reach out to for you at their respective (but highly competitive) prices.
CONVENIENCE We're actually on the border of Burbank & Glendale (by Disney Animation/Grand Central Station and Dreamworks). Free parking for up to 8 cars in our own parking lot, plus lots of free street parking around the corner.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: $200 for car on stage, $100 - $200 repaint fee if you mess up the floor.
If you book the studio before 8am or after 8pm, there is an additional cost of $50/hr added to the booking fee for just those early or late hours. That fee is added after the booking takes place.

Booking minimum of 1 hr for productions and 3 hrs for events. If personnel required (security/manager), minimum shifts of 4 hours. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Sunday 8am-10pm. Please inquire for booking during non-business hours: x2 rate & additional fees apply. Overtime for non-business hours (after 10pm) may be available, billed as specified on booking confirmation.
Please let us know what you are planning, total number of people, what you are bringing (equipment, props, dressing, etc), if you will be bringing alcohol, if minors will be attending. Pricing will be assessed per production/event.
Any dispatched personnel to enforce compliance is billed to the production (Security: $52.50/hr, Manager: $67.50/hr, with 2 hr minimum shift)

This DTLA white studio is best seen in person to give the space justice! Located on the second floor of a commercial building, the space features a high end trimmed space with 13 ft high ceilings, 10 ft floor to ceiling windows, polished concreted floors, air conditioned and west facing windows. The entire studio is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. Included in your booking are all the pictured major props plus a few tables.

Basic grip equipment will be provided with each rental. We have a wide array of gear both on and off property for rent at very reasonable rates and will provide free delivery for any additional gear you may need. We can also offer full production services.
-If your crew grows between the booking and shoot date, so will our rate.
-You have one hour of grace to be charged our normal hourly rate as OT. After that, you will be charged time and a half. Example: If you book 3 hours and it turns into 6 hours, the last 2 hours will be time and a half so please be as accurate as possible with the time you book.

We’ve made it easy to shoot commercials, films, tv shows, pilots, music videos, shorts, and VR work on our stage! Our LightCube is a curved cyclorama, pre-rigged with a fabulous 28'x28' Top Light LiteGear LED panels with DMX control, and diffused with The Rag Place Magic Cloth.
The LightCube is flip-of-the-switch fantastic, and definitely not your average pre-lit-cyc! Light panels can be turned on all at once for one solid continuous light source, or individually controlled for custom looks. Typically our clients will run the lights at only 30% power. However, if you crank them up to 100% you are ready to shoot high-speed photography! Color is also DMX controlled and allows you to slide the color between daylight and tungsten. This is a $100,000.00 rig, that will save you thousands in time and labor trying to achieve the same look!
On the other side is our black box stage, complete with lighting grid. Having both the LightCube and BlackBox side by side allows for easy access to a diverse range of looks and setups.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE:
You will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance that adds us as additionally insured. This is to cover any damage to the property or to rented equipment. The Producer is responsible for all Workman's Compensation and Production Insurance.

Iconic NY Style 80's Loft Warehouse
Happy New Year Everybody.
We are officially open for all productions but carefully read the following requirements.
Due to current city film/and covid regulations you MUST have insurance and a permit issued for any production at this property.
If you have a roaming permit issued you will still need to notify FILMLA if you are shooting on our property.
We've expanded to 6 stages and 50,000 square ft. Because of this we have applied to become a certified studio.
Until we have completed our final building safety approval, FILMLA may require you to have a Fire Safety Marshall on site for your production. Any and all information for this requirement for your specific production you can inquire with FILMLA when you apply.
There will most likely be a FIRE/SAFETY MARSHALL on site every day and they will occasionally check for permits on all the stages. So we urge you to make sure to have a printed copy of your permit with you at all times.
(PLEASE NOTE IT USUALLY TAKES 3 to 4 DAYS FOR PERMITS TO BE ACCEPTED SO PLEASE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY)
Additionally we have applied to have the building certified as a 6 stage Major Studio so you may also be required to have a Fire Marshall on site for your production. Any and all information for this requirement on your production you can inquire with FILMLA when you apply.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are more than happy to assist you in anyway to ensure you have a successful production.

Since we have multiple stages please make sure that if you are rolling sound to book at least a week ahead of time to make sure we can coordinate with our neighboring stages.
We have two entrances, both require on flight of steps. PLEASE inform all your crew about this on your call sheet. We hate explaining we have no elevator to productions when they arrive. It is your responsibility to let everyone in the production know this as it is a very important piece of information that everyone should be aware of especially if you have large art department or grip that needs to load in.
Our regular hours are 6am to Midnight. Any production that exceeds 12AM will bump up to 300 an hour per hour after midnight.
We have a small lot for loading into the building. Plenty of on street parking surrounding the building.
There is a a large lot next to us that can be rented if needed for large trucks and rv's. Inquire for pricing.
Main studio totals 3300 square ft. 1000 square ft separated Hallway and Basecamp production area.
Ceiling is 19ft high.
Windows are 12 ft high windows that face west for amazing sunsets.

We bring you back to the 1960s with this fully decorated loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 650 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features a kitchen (non-functional) ,unique furniture and 3 different one-of-a-kind wallpapers.
