This space is perfect for shooting your next intimate business scenes, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and video interviews. Our space is located on the 18th & 19th floor inside a 5 star high end building in the heart of the financial district with a gorgeous skyline view of Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with large windows letting in as much natural light as possible. There is a full kitchen, freight elevator access, multiple common area space for your next office setting production shoot. Hourly rate varies from $150 to $450/ hr depending on the type of shoot, production, and crew size. Additional office or conference rooms available for additional price upon request during the site tour. There's more flexibility if the shoot can take place after 5pm on the weekdays or all day Saturday and Sunday. Freight elevator available with Certificate of Insurance. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your experience the best one. Our warehouse and office is very clean. We have conference rooms, offices in the warehouse, tall roll up doors, and plenty of restrooms. Great open areas in this house for a group discussion. We rented this during the day, which was great because the light was really nice and we could take breaks out on the back patio. Very nice house location to accomodate a small to medium sized group.
