Friday and saturday Pricing after 6pm is 200/hr for Both indoor and Patio included.. 4 hour minimum on saturday after 6pm. there is a security personnel charge of $50 for night events and he will be patrolling our two venues on the same street, if an individual security is wanted for an event the charge would be $75. please inquire about NYE rates. Our tiny convention fit perfectly into this cottage with outdoor space. For a small event, this was a really nice location. Any larger, and we might have overflowed the space---but the outdoor garden was also nice for breaks.
