This space was STUNNING! It was absolutely the perfect location for our engagement party. The venue provided a bartender and two security guards plus a bouncer downstairs to help direct people up. It’s located right in the heart of Little Italy and you can see down Mulberry street from the roof. The lights and lanterns are so beautiful and add a romantic touch at night. It was clean, easy to find, and fairly priced. All our guests said they want to throw their next party here! 10/10 recommend.

About Company Parties

A company party can bring numerous positive results, whether a small start-up or an established organization. It allows you to meet other employees in a more informal setting outside the office premises, widening your network of contacts and cultivating a positive work environment. It also promotes creativity, creates a more focused team, and boosts company morale.

But putting together a successful event is no easy task. You need to have a clear objective, a realistic budget, and an appropriate venue, among other things. You want the company party location that will bring your vision to life. Perhaps, you plan to use your own meeting space to save on cost, but organizing a unique setting will make it more memorable and extra-special for everyone.

Fortunately, many interesting, unconventional party venues are now available for rent. Taking your corporate affair to places outside the ordinary will surely create new experiences and lasting memories for your guest.

The Best Company Party Venues

The truth is, there’s no one ultimate company party venue to use. The best one depends on many factors, including your theme, style, and specific requirements. But no matter your preference, these event settings are worth considering:

  • Conference Center
Designed specifically with corporate events in mind, conference centers are a prominent location for professional functions and company affairs. They are often centrally located near major highways, public transit, and airport and within walking distance to several restaurants and hotels. A perfect setting with sleek event space will undoubtedly create a lasting impression on guests.

  • Banquet Hall
Hosting any private event in a banquet hall has many advantages. It often provides a one-stop solution for all your party requirements, including entertainment, catering, and décor. Some of the best banquet halls also feature luxury washrooms, wide-open lawns, and spectacular gardens where you can take beautiful photos.

  • Animal Sanctuaries
Do you want to ditch the meeting room and explore something unconventional and extraordinary for a more exciting company party? Visit the zoo or animal sanctuary near you and rent a space for your event. While the guests can enjoy up-close encounters with wildlife, your organization will help support the sanctuary’s cause. It’s a win-win situation for the company and the sanctuary. You probably won’t be able to wear your new suit and tie, but it’s worth the experience.

  • Farmhouses
A farmhouse is a stunning venue for parties, offering a relaxing and calming atmosphere with breathtaking sceneries. You can be creative with your seating arrangement and background décor or just embrace its natural charm and keep everything simple and plain. If you want to have a fun time with colleagues while being one with nature, there’s no reason not to book a farmhouse for your next corporate function.

What to Look for in a Company Party Space

Company party rooms come in all sizes and shapes. If you want to ensure your event isn’t a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all gathering, do your homework and identify the elements that will make your party stand out.

  • Features and Services
When scouting a site, check if the venue offers in-house catering, decorator, or furniture rentals. Some places are equipped with a kitchen, but you’ll have to hire a caterer or cook your own food. Other venues like lofts and warehouses are like a blank canvas, giving you the freedom to be creative and personalize the design.

  • Geographical Location
No matter how grandeur your venue is, if your attendees can hardly reach the event location, all your efforts will be in vain. Consider the parking options, traffic, and transportation. Find out where most of your guests will be coming from and pick a spot that’s convenient and accessible to everyone.

  • Room Capacity
Before booking a room, make sure you have a general idea of the number of attendees to expect. This way, you can eliminate the venues based on their capacity. If it’s too small, it will be too crowded and uncomfortable. But if it’s too big, the hall will seem empty, and you’ll be wasting money booking a large room for only a few participants.

  • Indoor/outdoor
Decide early on whether you want an indoor party or an outdoor gathering. Each has pros and cons, so pick wisely and focus your research efforts on your chosen type of venue. Indoors are more intimate and private, but they cost more if you want an elaborate decoration. In contrast, outdoor settings, like gardens and beaches, are vast and scenic enough, so they don’t require excessive décor. The main downside, though, is the unpredictable weather.

Company Party Inspirations

Perhaps, it’s your first time organizing a party for your company, or you want to plan a special celebration that will motivate your team. No matter your business size and industry, your organization can certainly benefit from a well-planned event at a well-thought-out venue.

  • Country-themed Holiday Parties
Office holiday parties are among the most anticipated events of the year for workers and employees. That’s why it only makes sense to hold it in a remarkable space. Ditch the typical hotel room and set up a unique celebration at a villa, barn, or farmhouse. The cottage-style elements of these spaces create a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. Everyone in attendance will look forward to the event and leave their worries behind.

  • Company Anniversary
There’s no doubt that anniversaries are a fantastic way to come together and shift your focus from company issues and roadblocks to success and achievements. Show your appreciation to your workers by booking a luxury hotel or renting a yacht. But if your team prefers an unassuming party venue, contact your local art gallery for a space to rent.

  • Rooftop Business Dinners
A party doesn’t always have to be extravagant. A simple gathering with your team members at a rooftop with food, drinks, and entertainment is enough to get the party started. Plus, rooftops provide a homey feel that will make everyone feel relaxed. Some even have panoramic cityscape views that will fill your eyes.

  • Outdoor Product Launches
Bringing a new product to the market is an exciting time for the entire company, and this surely, calls for a celebration. Take your party outside and set up the lights and furniture for a garden event or an outdoor beach gathering.
